In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679), E-Raiden guarantees users the full exercise of their rights on personal data protection.
Your Rights
Right of Access (Art. 15)
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, where that is the case, to obtain access to the personal data and information relating to the processing.
Right of Rectification (Art. 16)
You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. You also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to Erasure (Art. 17)
You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you ("right to be forgotten") where the data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected, or where you withdraw consent.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit that data to another controller.
Right to Object (Art. 21)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
